Info Examination Options Exam/Trainer Locator Certificate Reprint Rescore Request Training

The Examination/Trainer Locator is designed to provide examinees with a resource to locate their training and an opportunity for trainers to promote their business.

Doing so requires standards to maintain a level playing field. If you would like your company listed please do the following:

• Submit in writing the state(s) and city(ies) where you conduct training.
• Submit approved home-state accepted proof that your company is registered as a LLC, S. Corp., Inc., Limited Partnership or other corporate identity and/or a verified fictitious name status.
• Submit the URL for review of content by National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP) before posting.
• Abide by NRFSP Test Administrator/Proctor Guidelines regarding the use of any trademarks owned by NRFSP and/or parent company, Environmental Health Testing (EHT).
