As a candidate you play a major role in keeping food safe. As part of your job, you need to know how to protect the public from foodborne illness. Taking the Certified Food Safety HACCP Manager Examination will help you measure how well you understand HACCP food safety principles and how to apply this knowledge in the workplace.
National Registry of Food Safety Professionals is an international certification body which develops and administers examinations to assess the knowledge of individuals in a variety of management positions related to food safety.
National Registry offers the Certified Food Safety HACCP Manager program for individuals to demonstrate that their knowledge and skills meet specific, measurable food safety HACCP management competencies. In doing so, the National Registry advances its mission of promoting food safety and consumer protection.
