State Requirements: All food establishments must have a Certified Food Protection Manager on the premises at all times.

Food Protection Manager: Required.

Food Handlers: Required.

Exceptions: None.

Manager Training Hours: Recommended but not required.

Food Handler Course: Required.

Food Manager Certification and Food Handler Certificate Renewal: Food Manager and Food Handler every 3 years.

National Registry of Food Safety Professionals Acceptance: Yes
