

Students who pass the Certified Food Safety Manager exam automatically become a member of the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. The Food Safety Manager Certification is recognized and accepted wherever the American National Standards Institute and the Conference for Food Protection standard is accepted. Members also receive a certificate for framing, wallet card, and window cling.
To update member records or to obtain an additional copy of the certificate or wallet card submit a completed reprint request form. Each reprint costs $10. Print the form and mail or fax to:
